Founder's Note
I began my real estate career in 2001, shortly after the dot.com crash, primarily performing brokerage services for others. Those early years built the foundation, teaching me how to guide clients through uncertain times, value deals correctly, and understand the importance of disciplined execution.
By 2007, when the housing crisis hit, I had already experienced one major market disruption. That background prepared me for the REO world, where I worked with one of the nation’s top auction companies to liquidate thousands of distressed properties nationwide. Managing that scale during one of the most turbulent periods in real estate sharpened my skills in asset recovery, compliance, and speed.
In the years that followed, I expanded into multi state property and asset management, working across the Sun Belt as well as Pittsburgh and Ohio. I also played an instrumental role in building a property management platform for a single family office, overseeing acquisitions and dispositions valued at more than $200 million dollars, while also directing daily operations.
Across every phase of my career, whether brokerage, REO, property management, acquisitions, or dispositions, one thing has remained constant: the need for institutional discipline combined with hands on execution. That is the approach I bring to AssetlyOne, and it is the same standard of clarity and performance that drives how we serve banks, investors, and property owners today.
